Window Cleaning
Our Pure Water Water-Fed Pole System
Water-fed pole cleaning systems are the most effective means of cleaning windows. Put simply this system consists of an extendable pole which has a soft bristle brush at the end. Pure Water is fed through the pole and squirts onto the window through the brush which we use to scrub and clean the window. This system is the most efficient and effective way to clean windows and sills. It also offers a range of benefits including:
- Ladder-less cleaning
- Improved safety
- No damage to your windowsills or lawn from equipment
- No chemicals, just pure water
- No need to climb over flower beds.
- Reach higher windows than a ladder can.
- Can even reach and clean windows above conservatories and extensions.
Pure Water
Pure water is standard tap water that has been purified. Tap water contains minerals such as calcium and magnesium. If tap water is used to clean your windows, once the water has evaporated the minerals are left on the window. This is what causes streaks and smudges. To avoid this, our water tanks on the van use technology that filters the water. This ensures no such minerals are present leaving a streak free finish.
Windows that are cleaned with pure water can be left to dry naturally. Pure water also eliminates the need for soap and chemicals meaning that there is no soapy residue left behind when we’ve finished cleaning. You may not be aware of it, but it is often these residues and detergents that attract grime to the glass. Therefore, by using pure water, your windows will stay cleaner for longer, and won’t attract as much unsightly dirt and grime to their surface.
Helping the Environment
Removing the need for chemicals is not only beneficial to your windows, but it also helps the environment significantly. The absence of chemical fluids and cleaning detergents makes it the most eco-friendly window cleaning option. Any water that drips or splashes won’t contain anything that may harm any nearby plants or damage the brickwork on your property. A lack of chemical fluids also makes it a safer environment for local wildlife.
Patio and driveways
Why your Driveway and Patio should be clean? Here are four main reasons:
– First Impressions Matter: Your driveway is often the first thing people notice when they approach your home.
– Longevity: Dirt, moss, algae, and other build-ups can cause wear and tear over time. Regular cleaning helps preserve the material, be it concrete, asphalt, or pavers, extending its lifespan.
– Safety: Algae and moss can make driveways slippery, especially during wet conditions, posing a slip hazard.
– Maintains Property Value: A clean and well-maintained driveway can increase the value of your home. Potential buyers often see a well-kept driveway as an indicator of a well-cared-for property.
Gutter Clearance
We use SkyVac, one of the UK’s most powerful vacuum systems specifically designed for cleaning guttering that can extend to over 30 feet high. With an onboard camera we can see exactly what needs removing ensuring nothing is left in the gutter.
Did you know blocked guttering can cause severe property damage if not dealt with quickly. Rainwater damage can lead to issues such as rotting facia boards, watwer damage to walls, windows, ceilings, insulation and even foundation damage.
How We Work
We try to make our payment process simple and hassle free. Our aim is to make everything paper-free, so making it easier to arrange appointments and manage payments. Our preferred method of payment is by cash or bank transfer on the day once your windows have been cleaned.
We do realise that customers in the majority of cases are not present when we visit, so you can also pay by bank transfer within 2 days of clean, details of which are on the invoice that you will be emailed on completion of the window clean. We politely request that full payment is made within 2 days of clean to avoid a 15% late payment fee being applied
Unfortunately our bank does not accept cheques
Vehicle Access
To ensure we are able to clean your windows, please confirm if there are any parking or access restrictions. We will need to park 0ur vehicle either on your property or directly in front of property, to allow the 100m hose reel to reach all windows. We are unable to place the hose across a road where there is vehicular traffic in order to gain access to your property.
- 1) We will schedule your appointment.
- 2) You will receive a text/email reminder on the day before with an estimated time of arrival.
- 3) We’ll provide the service
- 4) You’ll receive a text/email following completion of the clean and a invoice by email with our bank details for BACS transfer.
- 5) On the day of the clean we will take full payment by card, bank transfer or cash but unfortunately we are unable to accept cheques. A receipt will be provided once payment is made.
